The Buzz at School!
On the 22nd of October the whole school turned up in 'PINK! because we were raising money for Breast Cancer. It was hilarious as some of the boys came in pink dresses, rubber gloves and pink tiaras. Even the girls were funny as some were wearing bright pink wigs.
That very same day 10 good year 5 students were chosen to go to a hockey tournament at West Lakes Academy, the school did very well as they came 5th place out of 10 other school. The year 5 pupils that went are Izzy , Isla, Cian , Grace ,Amy , Douglas , Richard, Jessica, Ryhs and Jude.
Congratulations to the Year 3 and 4 children who attended a recent cross-country competition against lots of other local schools; especially to William Wrigley who was second overall! A brilliant result!
